The working principle of :

Technical characteristics :

(a) dry plate

1. The design pressure: general is 0.4 MPa, the biggest can reach 1.6 MPa.

2. The maximum working pressure: 0.4 MPa or less commonly, up to 1.6 MPa.

3. The heating medium: steam, hot water, heat conduction oil, dry plate use hot water heating temperature 100 ℃, 100 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ in 0.4 MPa or less saturated steam or superheated steam heating, 150 ℃ ~ 320 ℃ in the thermal oil heating, when > 320 ℃, can use the way such as electricity, heat conduction oil, molten salt heating.

(2) the material transfer system

1. Spindle speed: 1 ~ 10 points, electromagnetic or frequency infinitely adjustable-speed.

2. The rake arm: each layer of dry plate from two to eight fixed trailing arm on the spindle.

3. Rake leaves, splicing on rake arm, can with disk floating up and down to keep contact, take many forms.

(3) shell

Three patterns have atmospheric pressure, airtight, vacuum

1. Atmospheric type: type cylinder or eight prism, has overall and split two kinds of structure. Heating medium main import and export in casing, which can also be outside the shell.

2. The closed type: type cylinder shell, can withstand the 5 kpa pressure, heating medium can import and export of main line within the shell, can also be outside the shell.

3. The vacuum type: type cylinder shell, design pressure is 0.1 Mpa, the heating medium main import and export within the shell.
