XSG rotating flash drying machine series is the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced equipment and technology, on the basis of development used to dry paste viscosity, filter cake and, new type of drying equipment of thermal sensitive material. Equipped with experimental prototype, the factory can provide users with all kinds of material drying experiment, provide data and assist in selection. 

The working principle of ：
Hot air tangent into the dry bottom, in the rotation of the mixer driven to form a strong wind. Paste material by a spiral feeder into the dryer, under the strong function of the high-speed rotating impeller, the material by the impact, friction, and dispersion under the action of shear block material quickly shattered, and a good contact with the hot air, heat, and dry. After dehydration dry material rising with the heat flow, grading ring will be big particle entrapment, small particles from the ring center discharge outside the dryer, the cyclone separator and dust recovery, not dry or large materials subjected to centrifugal force to jilt to the wall, fall to the bottom of the shattered dry again.
